A freestanding wood burning boiler stove on a natural slate tiled hearth.
The boiler heats the whole house and hot water when needed via a thermal store heating system that is connected to solar thermal panels and a back up gas boiler. The heat is distributed from the thermal storage via radiators and under floor heating and heat exchangers for mains pressure hot water.
