An original Arts and Crafts 1910's oak fireplace mantel installation
This original Arts and Crafts 1910 oak fireplace mantel was a wonderful piece of history to work with. Using protective slate slips to ensure the beauty of this mantel is prolonged, the slate was echoed on the hearth and the combination completed with a bold paint colour choice for the boarded fireplace chamber. The perfect home for this simple modern wood burning stove.
