Just had our 2nd log burner installed by Scarlett's, this time in our house. The first being in our log cabin. Again from the start the advice that was given was excellent and professional. These people know their stuff. The workmanship was also excellent and gave us exactly what we wanted. Would recommend without any hesitation. Thank you.

Scarletts installed our Charnwood log burner and i must say that the whole experience was excellent. Great communication from the start, the installation was quick, clean and altogether painless. Professional and well informed fitters and finally, once our new burner was installed, they spent the time to show us how to use the stove in the most economical way with an overview on maintaining wood stores through out the year so we are fully prepared for next winter.
